Yes, you do have to pay for any call that is marked as a lead. Making the sale takes some practice but is really not all that difficult, its something you have to get used to if you want to be in the Locksmith business. If you would like to have dispatched calls, we have several dispatch companied we work with and can help you find a provider.
At this time we only work with full time locksmith companies.
We can work with you by turning off all paid search marketing. If you are only gone for a week, no problem. If you are going on an extended vacation, we do have a holding fee if you would like to secure your area.
You will answer your own phone and talk to your own clients. The phone number on the website will ring directly to the phone number you give us. If you would like dispatched calls, we can provide you with a list of dispatchers we work with and you can work something out with them.
Yes, you will have access to a dashboard containing all of your recorded calls and how we marked them (lead, ring out, test call, telemarketer, etc…)
No, you are the only locksmith receiving calls from the site and phone number we set up for you. We are not a “bid the job” company like Thumb Tack.
Missed calls are charged as a lead. You should call any missed call back. Most of the time they turn into paying customers.
No, we charge a pre-negotiated flat fee per call. We don’t want to be in the locksmith business, we provide the marketing services. On average our calls run from $15 to $45 per call depending on your area and the volume of calls you would like to receive.
